Mechelen is an historic Belgian city equidistant between Brussels and Antwerp. On the south eastern fringes of the city we are working to a masterplan by Landscape designers, omgeving, on 100,000m2 of construction on the banks of the Leuven-Dijle canal.
The first buildings are to be constructed to the south east of a new Marina. Our building which is parallel to the new harbour is joined around a private communal garden by the tower of Architects CousseĢe en Goris from Gent, and sheltered housing by the partnership of Poponcini + Lootens with Element Architecten.
